the staff were genuinely lovely and friendly. it has a very homely feel and the atmosphere was great. the food in the pub was AMAZING!!!
i stayed in the twin room. i noticed the carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. i think it needs more regular cleaning.

the room was nice and neat. it was perfect for getting to where we needed to go by taxi. the hotel offered a simplistic experience. it was as expected for what i needed.
the room looked quite dated and the floor felt uneven. the water pressure in the shower was weak. the light wasn't bright enough for the room at night.

The room was very comfy and tidy I appreciated the taxi service availability It made getting around easy The food at the pub was also quite good I found the bar staff very friendly. The hotel location was ideal I could visit relatives nearby I found it easy to get to various destinations like Dale's from there.
There was some road noise early in the morning I noticed the room looked a bit worn I think it needs some updating
